It’s easy to navigate with an industry-leading workflow that allows users to archive, edit select result data and easily retrieve results. Clients can schedule tests using our electronic ordering system, at their approved network of collection sites and utilize electronic CCFs at participating FormFox clinics. We also allow the client users to track the completion of the specimen collection with real time status updates. As your TPA, your dedicated Account Manager will monitor and proactively track outstanding tests , ensuring you receive the best possible turn-around time.

For emergency situations, you will have access to your Account Manager and our After Hours Representative who has access to all Affinity systems, tools and databases. One of these individuals is available twenty-four / seven including weekends and holidays, and will see that your requirements are met.
